Buderus / Bosch / Junkers : Ems /Ems+ support via ems-esp

For all owners of Heaters of Bosch / Buderus /Junkers which use a EMS  or EMS+ bus, there is now a module to be used with these.
That allow to manage heater via mqtt.

I'm currently trying to create a MQTT template to use with MQTT2_DEVICE.

Thanks for your effort in this direction and providing the firmware.

Most likely I'll join you at some point in time in this project. We also own a Junkers (installed somewhen in 2003, don't have exact type at hand, but it uses a TA 211 E and the manual states it uses Heatronic3, despite there's not much additional info on that, but at least there are two wires laying around in the enclosure), and already have some parts of an eBus adapter laying around to get the TTL level signals .

So once that works (didn't have the time to really get "hands on", and soldering and measuring always is kind of adventure for me..), I'll give yur firmware a try.

This sounds great, I own a Buderus GB 172. Does it only allow read-only access (to monitor the device), or can I also change settings on the heating?

At least some commands work and make part of attrTemplates.  So in general, writing to the bus seems to be implemented. Perhaps you habe a look at the other thread or ask there?
