Offset months when fixedrange: year

Is it possible to offset the months when fixedrange: year is set, so the plot displays from July 2019 to July 2020 for example?
Use case is to set energy consumption plot to start & end date of contract.

* fixedoffset seems to offset by year, contradicting the help text; fixedoffset <nDays> and it does not accept float values like -0.5
* fixedrange [offset]: offset does not accept float values either.

Maybe this could be useful to offset by months or days?

fixedoffset must be an integer ($fo =~ m/^[+-]?\d+$/), and it simply replaces the off value from the URL.
That means days for the default zoom.
