notify FHT8V set Steckdose on off

hallo

kann man mit notify eine FHT8V State auslesen und bei einem bestimmten Wert eine Steckdose ein und ausschalten ?

z.B. FHT8V State "größer gleich 1"  Steckdose on,"kleiner 1" Steckdose off
