Was meinst du mit iNet? Hangt natürlich hinter dem Router, allerdings gibt es von außen nur einen Zugriff über VPN, der rest ist nicht offen.

Auf dem Cubie läuft kein Grafisches System, gibt ein Tablett was FTUI darstellt, allerdings auch auf Port 8085 und nicht vom Localhost

Jetzt lief der Cubie einige Tage ohne Probleme, und heute ist er dann plötzlich wieder hängen geblieben...

Im Fhem Log kann man leider nicht viel dazu erkennen, genauso wenig im syslog... Zumindest für mich

zRAM läuft auf dem Cubie, müßte ich dann nochmal deaktivieren

Da wir von einem Problem reden, was nur durch Kaltstart lösbar ist und genau dann die Logfiles mehr als Interessant ... würde ich es als notwendig erachten. Da Logfiles im RAM ....
Zusätzlich Braucht Speicher (Stickwort oom-killer)

Was mir dazu einfällt, hat Dein kern.log i/o-Probleme?
grep -i i/o /var/log/kern.log
