Webinterface is slow

I have FHEM 5.3 on a raspberry Pi, with a linksys wifi usb dongle and a CUL attached to the serial port.

Every thing runs fine, but sometimes the responce of the FHEMweb becomes slow, really slow. As in 4 minutes just to load the front page.

I run everything under HTTPS.

Does anybody have an idea what it could be?, might be something with the Raspi.
