Add french language in Weather

Hello

As I am French i added the translation of the weather datas in my  59_Weather.pm file

I wonder if you would be interested by my version. It has been tested a few weeks without any problem.

You should propose it to the module's creator Dr. Boris Neubert , I suppose in this section : Unterstützende Dienste

could you please provide a patch and attach it to a post in this thread? If you do not know how to do this, I would also accept a fully tested and working complete 59_Weather.pm file.

thank you for the patch. Unfortunately the patch fails and cannot be applied.

Could you please provide a working patch against the current version, or, simpler, the current updated working version with the french translations?
