Sonos Player disappeared

So, heute ist es doch passiert. Die Player standen auf appeared, waren aber nicht erreichbar. Ein kurzes disable des Moduls hat gereicht um sie wieder steuern zu können.

Ok, seit ich meine Access Points neu positioniert und einen weiteren ergänzt habe, ist die Sonos Umgebung in FHEM wirklich stabil.

Wie sind denn eure WLAN Verbindungen zu den betroffenen Geräten. Gehen alle Pings durch oder gibt es Timeouts?

Ich hatte ja zu letzt auch das Problem, dass die Sonos Player bei einer zu schlechten WLAN Verbindung zu den Sonos Geräten im Status disappeared verblieben sind und auch nicht mehr von allein wieder kamen.

Bei mir half dann nur noch ein FHEM Neustart oder ein:

Scheinbar melden die Player sich nicht korrekt zurück im Netz (verpflichtend nach UPnP-Standard), oder haben den Netzausfall selber überhaupt nicht festgestellt. Dann könntest du vielleicht auch noch was mit der Erhöhung des Prüf-Intervals erreichen...

Also beim Definieren des Moduls:
Code Auswählen Erweitern
define Sonos SONOS localhost:4711 90oder so. Die Player werden beim 4-fachen der angegebenen Zeit (hier also dann 6 Minuten) als Abwesend markiert. Allerdings dauert dann natürlich auch das Erkennen eines regulär abgeschalteten Players länger...

Habt ihr das mal probiert?

Ansonsten kann man den Fehler wohl nur mit einem verbose level 5 und einem subprocess log analysieren.

Aktuell stehen alle meine 5 Sonos player auf appeared. Keiner ist von FHEM erreichbar. Über die Sonos app kann ich sie normal steuern. 4 Player sind per LAN und nur einer per WLAN verbunden.
Ein rescan network hilft nicht. Nur ein kurzes disablen des Moduls oder ein Neustart von FHEM.

ich hatte das in letzter Zeit auch ein paar Mal. Habe es immer daran gemerkt, dass beim Licht einschalten meine Sonos von meinen DOIFs nicht mehr mit eingeschaltet wurden.

Kann es sein, dass das mit den Sonos Updates zusammenhängt?

Das ist zumindest die einzige Vermutung, die ich habe. Mal sehen, was passiert, wenn es das nächste Sonos Update gibt.

Mit dem Update gestern auf Version 12.2.2 trat das Problem nicht auf. Meine DOIFs funktionieren ganz normal weiter. Ansonsten habe ich dieses Problem bisher nicht mehr gehabt.

Nochmal was anderes: Neulich habe ich meine Unifi APs geupdated. Anschließend kamen dann die beiden Sonos Lautsprecher im Schlafzimmer nicht mehr in den Status appeared zurück, obwohl die beiden Lautsprecher nach dem Update wieder mit dem richtigen AP verbunden waren und in der Sonos App ganz normal gesteuert werden konnten. Ein RescanNetwork hat das sofort gelöst.

Ich habe das Problem nach wie vor.

Fhem bekommt Statusänderungen von Playern (z.B. Stop->Play) nicht mit und zeigt den falschen Status an, oder Player sind nicht erreichbar, obwohl Appeared und mit der Sonos App bedienbar. Vermutlich ein und dasselbe Problem.
Tritt inzwischen fast jeden Tag auf.

Abhilfe schafft dann manchmal ein RescanNetwork, manchmal aber auch nur ein disable/enable des fhem Sonos-Device.

Gibt's da was Neues?

Selbes Problem. Die Sonos Boxen reagieren teilweise (auf FHEM) nicht mehr.
Im Log mit Verbose 5 sieht es so aus, als würde das Modul den Befehl zur Wiedergabe zwar bekommen, der Sub-Prozess macht damit aber nichts mehr (siehe mittig 2020.12.19 15:23:45 5: SONOS0: Received: 'DoWork:RINCON_949F3E85047601400_MR:speak0:38--#--de--#--|christmas_short| test'):

Nur ein disable/enable um den Sub-Prozess neu zu starten hilft um das wieder zu beleben.

Hallo zusammen,

irgendwie scheint das Problem immer schlimmer zu werden.
Während ich früher einfach via disable 1 und 0 und ggf. RescanNetwork wieder alles zum Laufen bringen konnte, funktioniert das nun auch nicht mehr.
Nach kurzer Zeit (wenigen Tagen) sind alle Sonos auf disappeared und lass sich auch nicht mehr vom Gegenteil überzeugen (nicht einmal Restart FHEM hilft)

Ich habe heute auch mal wieder aus dem globalen Attribut "exclude_from_update" die Sonos Module entfernt und ein Update gemacht.
Nach Neustart waren die Player alle da und kurze Zeit später wieder alle disappeared.
Habe nun mal ein "verbose 5" log erstellt und dabei beobachtet dass die Player nach dem "appeared" nach etwas über 8min alle auf "disappeared" wechseln.
Ich hänge das Log mal an, evtl. kann Reinerlein daraus etwas erkennen!
Solange werde ich die alten Modulversionen wiederherstellen.

Hallo,

jetzt habe ich den ganzen Beitrag durchgelesen und konnte keine Lösung finden.
Ich habe ein verwandtes Problem:
Ich schalte meine Sonos-Player wegen Stromverbrauch aus und ein.
Der Player ist i.d.R. nach 30 Sekunden betriebsbereit und spielt das Audiosignal am externen Eingang automatisch ab. Auch kann ich über die Fronttasten die Lautstärke steuern.
In fhem wird der Player als "appeared" nach ca. 45 - 60 sangezeigt.
Allerdings reagiert der Player erst nach 2 Minuten (!) auf die von fhem übersandten Befehle, wie Lautstärke oder Abspielen eines Streams.
Wenn der Player seitens fhem auf "appeared" geht (ca. nach 45 - 60 s), sende ich automatisch einen Abspiele-Befehl für den letzten Radiosender.
Der wird auch gestartet, aber, wie schon oben gesagt, erst nach insgesamt 2 Minuten, d.h. der Befehl wird also irgendwo zwischengespeichert.

Was habe ich ausprobiert?
a) Alle Varianten von pingType durchgespielt.
b) Die IP-Adressen des Sonos-Moduls auf die der Player im Netz eingeschränkt.
c) Es gibt keine weiteren Geräte im Netz, die auf UPnP reagieren oder dieses Aussenden.

Alle Player hängen über LAN im Netz.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

bei mir ist es ähnlich, die 45 - 60 Sekunden bis zum appeared kann ich bestätigen. Ich gruppiere die Player immer noch, also spiele in allen Räumen die gleich Musik ab. Das gruppieren dauert nochmal, und insgesamt dauerts es bei mir auch die 2 Minuten, schneller habe ich es auch nicht hinbekommen. Einen Tip habe ich auch nicht. a) und b) von Dir unten habe ich auch gemacht.
