70_STV samsung tv hang

Hello,

I have a problem using the 70_STV module that can cause fhem to hang for up to 5 minutes.

It is normally only happening when the TV has been switched on and back off and is unreachable on the network.  Then when I issue a set command it hangs in the create socket function after line 344:
Log3 $name, 5, "[STV] opening socket with tvip: $tvip, cmd: $cmd";

During this time fhem is unresponsive.
