Hallo,

Hi Fibaro Support,

I have quite a number of Fibaro Z-Wave components running with great success. 7x Roller Shutter 2 and 2x Dimmer 2, the Relay Switch 2x1,5kW and so on.

But I have an issue with the RGBW Controller FGRGBWM-441. Unfortunately it does not restore its previous setting on power on, although Advanced Config Setting 16 (Memorize device status at power cut) is set on the default value 1. It works sporadically, but in most cases the RGBW contoller requires a Z-Wave command to turn lights on.

Firmware of the device is version 2.5.

Has this issue been fixed in a later firmware? If yes, how can I install it? I do not use the HC2 or HCL, I control my Z-Wave network using an Raspi 3 with RaZberry daughter card as hardware and FHEM as software.

Regards,
Bernd

Hello,
unfortunately due to some technical limitations in terms of the RGBW module, the problem has not been resolved.

I am sorry to say that we do not plan any changes on this matter in some close future.

Sorry for the inconvenience
