CUL433 nach reboot disconnected

Hallo Zusammen,

ich bin stolzer besitzer eines nanoCul 433. Dieser funktioniert auch einwandfrei (ich steuere bisher nur Baumarkt-Steckdosen). Sobald ich jedoch einen Reboot meines Raspberry Pis mache, blinkt dieser CUL im 1 Sekunden Takt und im STATE steht Disconnected. Sobald ich auf in dann in den CUL433-Details auf DEF gehe und anschließend ohne eine Änderung vorzunehmen auf "modify CUL433" funktioniert er wieder anstandslos. Nun läuft er ununterbrochen seid 3 Tagen durch. Ich hänge mal den LIST Ausdruck hier rein. Wenn ich irgendwelche anderen Infos bereitstellen kann, sagt bitte Bescheid. Zur Info: Ich habe noch einen HMUARTLGW Homatic-Modul am laufen. Kann mir evtl. dieser in die Supper spucken?

Hallo,

vielleicht hängt es hiermit zusammen:

Ich hab wie dort angegeben den drittletzten Pin mit dem viertletzten Pin durch Löten verbunden.
Das Ganze war mehr als fummelig, und ohne Halterung und Lupe ist es unmöglich.
Auf jeden Fall hat es funktioniert, und der Nano-Klon fährt brav nach einem Neustart des RPi hoch.

Ich frage über ein at alle 5 Minuten die Version meines CULs ab. Somit kann man ein Reconnect des CUL bewirken.

Da es bei dir scheinbar auch reicht ein Reconnect auszuführen, was anderes macht das Modify auch nicht, sollte es helfen.

Hi,
die Verbindung des Debug Pins sollte Dein FTDI haben, sofern die Lötbrücke beim Transport nicht abgefallen ist. Ausserdem überredet man solche Sticks nur über stromlos machen zur Zusammenarbeit.
Mich interessiert ob ein
set dev reopen
das Problem auch löst?

Danke für die Antworten.

@Gisbert: In dem von dir verlinkten Artikel steht dass man den NanoCUL umstecken muss. Das ist bei mir nicht der Fall, nur eben wie oben beschrieben. Musstest du umstecken oder hat es ausgereicht den CUL neu zu definieren?

@ gloob: Danke das werde ich auch ausprobieren.

@ Arnd: Ich probiere den Befehl "set dev reopen" mal aus. Gibt es ansonsten ein Möglichkeit zu prüfen ob diese Verbindung noch in Ordnung ist?

Kann es trotzdem noch sein dass die Definitionen die für den  HM_LAN vorgenommen wurden, sich mit den USB Einstellungen für den NanoCUL beißen?

Warum diese Tests? Wir könnten Dir dann ein notify bauen, was beim Status disconnected des CULs den Befehl automatisch absetzt. Alles nur ein Workaround aber im Moment habe ich sonst keine andere Idee, wo der Fehler originär herkommt.

ich hatte das Problem mit einem SIGNALduino, der aus einem Arduino Nano (Klon) + Platine mit Antenne besteht. Mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen, da ich mehr dazu nicht weiß.

Also ich habe gestern mal ein bisschen getestet, und nun schaut die Lage doch wieder anders aus.

Nachdem ich den Raspberry Pi neu gestartet habe, war der Status des CUL433 wieder auf "Disconnected". Daraufhin habe ich folgende Befehle abgesetzt:
set CUL433 reopen --> keine Änderung
defmod CUL433 CUL /dev/serial/by-id/usb-FTDI_FT232R_USB_UART_A6040O38-if00-port0@38400 3030 --> keine Änderung
get CUL433 version --> no Answer

Diesmal hat auch das erneute Übernehmen der Definition nichts gebracht. Erst durch ein Umstecken auf einen neuen USB-Port hat sich dann der Status unmittelbar nach dem Umstecken auf "Initialized" geändert.

defmod/modify ohne Aenderung der Parameter mach de-facto nur ein reopen.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass das Problem nicht in FHEM sondern im OS-Treiber/Stick-Firmware bzw. Hardware zu suchen ist. Dabei hilft lsusb / lsusb -v / dmesg, alle Befehle sind in der Linux Konsole einzugeben.

Ich habe bereits gelesen, dass es eine alternative Firmware für homematic mit Timestamp gibt. Würde diese das Problem lösen oder wie äußert sich das?

wahrscheinlich eher ein Fake FTDI, aber das kann man ja nicht genau sagen. Immerhin eindeutige Seriennummer ;-)

Hilft das oder bringt das den gleichen Fehler wie beim Neustart?

Ansonsten probieren wir halt einen anderen meiner CULs aus.

Kann ich das irgendwie software-mäßig prüfen? Ich denke ich komme an die Pins mit dem Multimeter nicht mehr ran, da das Teil verlötet ist. @Arnd: Liege ich da richtig?

Den USB-Port habe ich gerade nach deiner Anleitung resettet. Wenn der Stick in Betrieb ist, dann hat das Resetten gar keine Auswirkungen, alles funktioniert weiter wie es soll. Wenn ich den Raspberry neu starte, dann hilft dieser Befehl leider auch nicht, da der Stick nach Eingabe von "lsusb" gar nicht aufgelistet wird. Erst nachdem ich ihn abstecke und wieder anstecke, und die Definition in FHEM einmal bestätige läuft er wieder. Danach kann er ab und wieder angesteckt werden, und er funktioniert.

<Ironie> nimm einen aktiven USB Hub an einer Intertechno Steckdose und schalte die nach dem Raspi Boot aus und ein - mit einem anderen CUL als Sender </Ironie>
Ich tausche Dir den CUL aus! Ich bin mir zwar sicher, dass ich die Brücke an FTDI Pin 4 gesetzt habe, aber jetzt will ich den Fehler selbst verstehen! Rest per PM.

Hallo,möchte mich trotz der vielen Beträge zu "Cul 433 nach reboot disconnected " melden.

....nachdem ich vor einiger Zeit zwei nanoCUL's zusammen gebaut habe , mit einem Arduinonano
mit einem FTDI Chip drauf,
ist mir aufgefallen nach einem " Update " von Fhem oder einem " reboot " von SSH aus ist es immer öffter zu einem CUL " disconnected " gekommen. Obwohl ich eine eindeutige Adresse des CUL's hinterlegt habe.


Habe ich nach folgenden Link ,bei den FTDI Chip die Pin's 25 und 26 mit einem Lötpunkt gebrückt,also den Pin 26 nach Masse gezogen.Seitdem ist läuft es Super.
