Damit ein Style als "smallscreen" eingestuft wird (und damit die Seite anders aufgebaut wird, und smallscreenCommands "wirkt"), muss der Style "smallscreen" im Namen haben.
Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Ich habe dein Fall mit einem dummy nachgebaut, und mit den 3 mir bekannten smallscreen-Styles ausprobiert: ich sehe kein Problem. Siehe Anhang.

Auch auf dem Desktop nicht?
Mobilseite aufrufen, und darauf achten, dass Bildschirm breiter ist als hoch.
