Enocean usb300 not visible by fhem in windows

Hello Everybody
sorry for this question perhaps so simple for you but I don't understand how I can make visible my ENCOCEAN USB300 in FHEM with windows 10.
I 've thought that it was automatic but that's not...
When I go in fhem.cfg there's no usb300 view.

The FHEM "usb create" mechanism is only working on Linux and OSX, as there are few to no Windows experts willing to offer their time to FHEM.
On Windows I'm afraid you have to specify the TCM device manually/explicitely.
