Hi all

Sorry for not writing german,

But i wonder if the RFM2Pi module from OEM can be used in Fhem?

some links with info:

http://wiki.openenergymonitor.org/index.php?title=RFM12Pi_V2
http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/buildingblocks      ->>>> scrool half down the page to networking section

firmware on the module: http://wiki.openenergymonitor.org/index.php?title=RFM12Pi_V2

my initial plan was to use the module to control radiator valves from conrad...

also i have designed a prototype for the OpenTRV project.... the device controls the conrad valves now and have built in temp sensor, light sensor....

could that be used as a "middleman" ? so that in the case fhem or the pi goes out the box can take over until fhem is back?

hope to get some idea's

Don't have any ideas but have you read the links from a search for emoncms on this site?

NB. Use the Search at the top left to search the whole form
Feel free to follow up in German if you prefer

yep the search only returns one result... this thread :-D

also i dont want to use emoncms but fhem... but just want to use the hardware that works with emoncms.... if possible

Guess you used the wrong search, not top left as mentioned above!

There are six other links besides this thread.

I don't know enough about it to suggest any other search terms

i did the top left now...

they all are about the emoncms system as such and not about the radio module itself..

3 result is about one that made a module for emoncms for french electricity meters with a link to a french blog about it.
2 result is this thread
1 result is about a module for fhem (i guess) that sends data to the emoncms system, that i dont want to use... i want to use fhem
4 result is about an addon board not related to either emoncms or openenergy as such.
5 result is about exporting values from emoncms to fhem.. again i dont want to use emoncms, just the radio module
6 result is about a RF sokcet that you can use to switch things on and off.

its maybe the last result that is most interesting as its actual about the radio module from OEM... have to read that one slow as its in german and i'm better at english than german...
