Dann check mal hin und wieder ob es bei "throttled=0x0 " bleibt.

Die SD Karte scheint aus meiner Sicht zumindest merkwürdig partitioniert:
  mmcblk0: p1 p2 < p5 p6 p7 >

Die verwaisten Inodes scheinen auf deiner Rootpartition zu sein root=/dev/mmcblk0p7.
Wenn es bei throttled=0x0 bleibt wäre nach einem Neustart mal zu schauen, dass das nicht mehr kommt:

Dann war vermutlich die UnderVoltage dafür verantwortlich.

Nachdem der Stick erkannt und am USB angemeldet wurde halte ich diese Meldung den Mobile Stick betreffend auch nicht für normal (zu viel Strom??):

Was mich immer noch stohrt: Du hast mindestens 3 mal die Meldung, das Massenspeicher/GSM-Modem gefunden wurden. Auch wenn es kein Power Down vorher gab, stimmt da irgendetwas nicht.

Kleine Frage: Hast Du auch hm-Zeug installiert?
Weißt Du überhaupt, was alles auf dem Pi läuft?
Und was ich schon mal gefragt habe: Was für USB-Geräte hast Du alles angeschlossen?

Ja, es ist jede Menge an FS20 und HM direkt installiert.
Es soll auch mal HM-iP installiert gewesen sein, habe aber keine Teile davon.
Es soll auch eine überwachte USV angeschlossen gewesen sein, die habe ich aber nicht.

Ich werde mir einen USB-Hub imit Netzteil bestellen.
Aktuelle USB sind: GSM-Stick mit Installations-CD-Rom, 868-CUL von Busware, HM-CUL von Reinert.
Es soll mal ein 432-CUL angeschlossen gewesen sein, habe ich aber nicht.

Zu der Partitionierung kann ich nichts sagen, das war so, als ich es übernahm.
Ich habe vor eine neue SD-karte einzusetzen.
Nur weiß ich nicht, wie man die bisherige Installation auf die dann neue SD funktionierend überträgt ohne Linux-Rechner.
Würde ich clonen, dann würde IMHO die (falschen) Partitionen auch mit übertragen.
Neu installieren möchte ich eher nicht, nur im Notfall, wenn es gar nicht anders geht. Ich fürchte zu scheitern.

Also ich befürchte, Du musst daran denken, upzudaten. Debian Stretch ist seit 30.06.2022 "out of Life"

Meine Empfehlung: Schaffe Dir Zeitnah einen 2. Raspi an und richte den ein. Dann kannst Du üben .....
und wenn ich lese, was schon mal installiert war (und wie), dann dürfte es ein schlecht wartbares Bastelsystem sein ...

Und Nein, bitte komme nicht mit "läuft doch aktuell". Wenn Du irgendwann mal Probleme kriegst, kannst Du eben mit dem aktuellen System diese nicht lösen.. Und so ein Ausfall kommt genau dann, wenn Du es am wenigsten gebrauchen kannst und keine Zeit hast. Lieber VORHER migrieren und sauber (dokumentiert) aufsetzen. Sonst hast Du irgendwann ein "heftiges Problem" ....
