Ich weiß nicht was da genau bei Dir passiert, aber die 3 markanten Zeilen mit uart-pl011 fe201000.serial kommen bei mir in der gleichen Sekunde, bei Dir hat die letzte Zeile einen Abstand von 16 minuten.
In beiden Logs ist zwischen 18:45 und 20:01 eine Lücke ohne Einträge ... während des Systemstartes - keine Ahnung was da wirklich klemmt.

-> MariaDB starten (Ist es ein Pi mit SdCard?) und prüfen
-> Moskito starten und prüfen (Warum nicht den FHEM eigenen?)
-> deCONZ starten und prüfen
-> dann erst fhem ...

Wenn irgendeiner dieser Schritte länger (und mehr Recourcen) als "üblich" braucht, hast Du ein Problem ...

Hallo Zusammen,

danke erst einmal für eure zahlreichen Lösungsansätze.

Da ich erst am Sonntag wieder ausgiebig Zeit habe, mich genauer mit dem PI auseinander zu setzen, kann ich zunächst nur auf folgendes eingehen.

Die Uhrzeit stimmt nahezu identisch mit der "richtigen" überein. Habe mir die Zeiten vom Neustart an etc. notiert um alles nachvollziehen zu können. Was auch immer diese "fake Zeit" ist, die Zeit passte auf jeden Fall. Hab während des Neustart auch ab und an die Logs aktualisiert, die Einträge kamen wirklich zu den entsprechenden Zeitstempeln.

Die Kombination habe ich seit 2017 laufen, zuerst auf einem PI3, dann kam der Umstieg auf den PI4, da Ram von dem 3er und die ganzen Dienste irgendwann am Ende waren.
Die Verzögerungen werde ich ausprobieren. Es hängt aber eigentlich nur FHEM. Decoz z.B. ist bereits nach ein paar Sekunden verfügbar, über Web erreichbar und die Geräte bedienbar. Alles ohne Probleme und irgendwelche Netzwerkstörungen. Via Heidi SQL kann ich auch die Datenbanken erreichen.

Prüfe ich im Detail, aber ich denke nicht, dass es an den Diensten liegen wird. FHEM ist der einzige Task, der mit 100% CPU Last läuft. Alles andere nicht und alles Andere ist verfügbar / bedienbar. Natürlich könnte es Einflüsse geben, werde ich prüfen.

Hatte schon einmal das Gateway vom Strom, in Fhem gelöscht, gleiches Verhalten (Neustart weit über eine Stunde, hatte ich damals noch nicht konkret notiert).



Was ich immer noch komisch finde, ist, dass bei dem Screenshot zu dem FHEM dienst unten zwei Tasks laufen? Das habe ich noch nie gesehen und auch nirgends etwas zu gefunden. Finde ich sehr komisch, oder hat das jemand von euch schon einmal gehabt / gesehen?

Zur Erklärung: Ein "normaler Computer" hat eine Hardware Uhr, die läuft weiter wenn der Rechner ausgeschaltet ist. Beim Systemstart wird diese Zeit als Start gesetzt, später wird normalerweise per NTP die "echte" Zeit geholt und gesetzt.
Ein Pi hat keine Hardware Uhr, die fake-hwclock ist ein Dienst der beim shutdown eine Datei mir der letzten Zeit schreibt. Beim Start des Pi wird diese Zeit gelesen und gesetzt. Im laufenden Betrieb wird ab und zu die Datei mit der aktuellen Zeit geschrieben. Stürzt der Pi ab und der letzte Schreibvorgang ist eine Stunde zurück oder ist der Pi ein Stunde aus, ist beim Systemstart die Zeit eine Stunde zurück, erst mit ntp wird die Zeit wieder aktuell gesetzt, es kommt zu einem Zeitsprung. Das erklärt manchmal solche komischen Zeitlücken wie sie bei Dir auftauchen. Beim einem ordentlichen Neustart sind dies aber nur Sekunden...

FHEM startet durchaus mehrere Prozesse, das ist nicht ungewöhnlich.

Ist die SSD kaputt/am sterben? Hast Du mal mit smartctl  den Zustand ermittelt?

Zu der ID 161 habe ich bisher nichts ergoogeln können.

Am Freitag bei der wöchentlichen Datenbanksicherung hat sich der PI komplett weggehängt. Es half nur noch den Strom abzuschalten.
In den Logs ist leider absolut kein Eintrag vorhanden. Erst nach dem Neustart gibt es wieder Einträge.

Ich habe nun erstmal eine neue SSD bestellt, um diese als Fehlerquelle auszuschließen. Dann werde ich die aktuelle 1 zu 1 spiegeln und ausprobieren, was passiert.
Sollte alles gleich sein, werde ich alle Autostarts deaktivieren und nach und nach testen, ob hier etwas für die Verzögerungen verantwortlich ist.

Wenn der Pi per Netzwerk (Kabel) angeschlossen ist und nicht mal auf "ping" reagiert, dann hat es Ihn ziemlich tief "erwischt". Konntest Du einen Bildschirm anschließen?

Hallo,

kurzes Update.

Ich habe den ganzen Tag versucht die SSD von dem Pi zu klonen. Bisher leider ohne Erfolg.

Weder unter Windows, noch Linux (debian) habe ich es geschafft, daten von der SSD zu kopieren. Hatte zunächst den USB Dongle in Verdacht, aber die neue SSD ist problemslos erreichbar.
Habe nahezu alle tools durch, leider hat nichts funktioniert. Werde dann wohl den PI mit der neuen SSD neu aufsetzen müssen.
Werde mich dann vorab aber mal an die Autostart Thematik machen. Das empfinde ich aktuell als weniger aufwändig.

Kein Ping, kein SSH, nichts. An einen Bildschirm habe ich nicht gedacht, da ich dort keine GUI laufen habe. Da hätte ich doch dann sowieso nichts sehen können?

Ohne GUI siehst Du die Konsole .. also ja, Du hättest eventuell was sehen können.

Die SSD ist überhaupt nicht erreichbar? Was sagt das kern.log (und syslog), wenn Du sie in einem laufenden Linux-System per USB-Adapter anschließt?

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin noch nicht viel weiter, da es zeitlich gerade sehr eng ist.

Mein Problem ist, dass ich die M.2 SSD nicht auslesen kann. Habe einen USB Adapter, welcher die SSD zwar erkennt, aber ich weder unter Linux oder Windows diese mounten kann, so dass ich Zugriff darauf bekomme. Wenn ich die neue SSD einbaue kann ich sie in Windows sofort einrichten und benutzen. Hat der Pi so ein spezielles Dateisystem?

Da ich hier nicht weiter gekommen bin habe ich auf der neuen SSD nun das aktuellste PI OS installiert, alle Updates etc gemacht und Fhem mit allen Paketen istalliert. Dann das frisch erstellte Backup eingespielt. Somit waren auf der SSD nur das OS und Fhem, nichts anderes.
Fhem konnte ich nach etwas über 60 minuten erreichen. Habe leider vergessen die Logs zu kopieren. Auf den ersten Blick habe ich jedoch keine Unterschiede gesehen, außer, dass natürlich einiges gefehlt hat, da nicht installiert.

Für mich heißt das nun, neune SSD, "sauberer" PI, dennoch diese ewige Wartezeit, wo nicht herauszufinden ist, was der Pi da macht.
Daher bleibt eigentlich nur Fhem komlpett neu aufzubauen? Also abtippen und von vorne anfangen. Mehr fällt mir da nicht ein.
In über 7 Jahen ist da natürlich einiges zusammengekommen. Das wird auf jeden Fall keine Wochenendaufgabe...
