setz doch mal dein forcast attribut von daily auf hourly.

mit dem attribut bekomme ich beides.

Das ist so nicht richtig, bei hourly kommt kein Wetter für die nächsten 5 Tage sondern ebennur für 5 Stunden. Ich wüßte aber eben gerne, wie das Wetter in den nächsten Tagen wird.

Möglicherweise reden wir aneinander vorbei.

Also bei mir kommt mit hourly, wie in der Key Definition beschrieben, im 3h Raster ein forcast von 5 Tagen. In Summe sind das 40 forcast für die nächsten 5 Tage.

Bingo, der Limiter scheint ein Counter zu sein, der standardmäßig auf 5 ,,Hourly Forecast" beschränkt.
Mit einer Beschränkung auf einem höheren Wert klappt es.

Mein Weather Device mit DarkskyAPI wird seit 1.4.2023 ca. 12 Uhr nicht mehr aktualisiert.
Die Detailansicht des Device ist unbenutzbar weil eine Webseite von Apple im Hintergrund liegt:

Na ja, wenn man auf eine andere API wechselt, sollte es auch ohne löschen gehen.

Habe mir grade die Doku zu dem ganzen angesehen, und es ist - offen gesagt - grausam...

Die commandref geht nach wie vor von DarkSky aus (vermutlich auch die demo-cfg), und im Wiki findet sich noch was zu Yahoo, aber keine vernünftige Anleitung, wie man Weather mit der OpenWeather-API nutzt (was wohl derzeit für die meisten die schnellste Umstellungs-Alternative wäre).

Hat da jemand auf die Schnelle eine Idee, wie man das am effektivsten darstellen kann?!?
(Ich liefere gerne commandref-patches bzw. pflege das ins Wiki ein, bin aber im Moment auch inhaltlich noch etwas verloren.)

Dann direkt im Device über Dev andern.
Das sieht erstmal seltsam aus, da die Def farbig hinterlegt ist. Markieren und überschreiben geht auch nicht, aber die einzelnen Zeichen löschen, einfügen und übernehmen funktioniert.
Prinzipiell braucht man erstmal nur nur den API Namen ändern, den Rest kann man danach anpassen, wenn es wieder normal ausschaut.

Die Def für Openweather 3.0 kann ich heute Abend posten.
