FHEM mit Windows Server 2012 r2 64-Bit

Hallo alle miteinander,

ich bin neu hier und würde auch bei mir Zuhause ein paar Homematic geräte mit einem FHEM server betreieben.
Leider habe ich über die Suchfunktion keine Antwort auf meine Fragen gefunden.

Meine Hardware die ich bisher habe:

1. Homematic Lan Adapter
2. einen Server der 24h läuft wo Windows Server 2012 r2 (64-Bit) installiert ist
3. 1x Schaltaktor einfach HM-LC-Sw1-FM
4. 1x Schalter 1-Fach HM-PB-2-WM55
5. 1x Schalter 6-Fach HM-PB-6-WM55

Mein Problem ich habe mir die fhem.tar.tgz runtergeladen und entpackt auf dem Server.
Als Perl habe ich mir Active Perl genommen.
Wenn ich nun der FHEM-Server anwerfen will mit        "perl fhem.pl fhem.cfg"     bringt er mich komische vermeldungen...


Ich glaub das ich da irgendwas komplett falsch mache. Gibt es vllt eine fhem.cfg als vorlage mit Windows am laufen?? Denke das mein fehler in der Config liegt.
