ModBus: Probleme nach 5min

Hallo,

ich kämpfe schon seit ein paar Tagen mit der Integration eines Eastron SDM630-Modbus V2 Energiezählers. Dieser erfasst den Stromverbrauch unserer Wärmepumpe. Verbunden ist er per ModBus mit einem USB-zu-RS482/ModBus Adapter (DSD TECH SH-U11H). Die Verbindungsleitung (ca. 2m) ist abgeschirmt (am USB-Adapter auf Gnd gelegt). Ich hatte schon mit und ohne 120Ohm Terminierung an beiden Enden getestet. Das ergab keinen Unterschied.

In FHEM habe ich bisher diese Settings:

Ein paar Minuten lang aktualisieren sich auch alle Werte immer wieder. Doch nach vielleicht 5min zeigt HA_SDM630M_1 keine aktuellen Werte mehr. Hat jemand eine eine Idee?
