Hi
I have a complete fresh installation, did an update on fhem and know get the error:
2026.10.04 12:18:18 2: [FritzBox||0.0.0.0|open_Web_Connection.18180] - SIGNIFICANT:Web connection could not be established. Please check your credentials (password, user).

My fhem.cfg is a copy of the one used in another raspberrypi.
The current installation runs, without problems, on a raspberrypi 3 and this test on a raspberrypi 4.
It might be important to state that fhem on the raspberrypi-3 is running and has a connection to the same fritzbox.
Anybody an idea how to solve this?
Thanks
I forget to tell:
My definition in fhem.cfg
define FritzBox FritzSmart 172.xxx.xxx.xxx
setuuid FritzBox xxxxxxxxxxx
attr FritzBox INTERVAL 300
attr FritzBox room Hardware
attr FritzBox verbose 3
And of course I did a
set FritzBox password xxxxx
which results in the mentioned errormessage in the logging
Hello,
your definition has no boxUser. Is your box running Fritz!OS below 7.25, and is that why you left it out? With 7.25 or newer, a user is required:
attr FritzBox boxUser <your box user>.

Thanks TomLee, your suggestion is correct. I use Fritz!OS 7.62 and need a user in the fhem.cfg.
For other people running in the same issue:
From Fritz!OS 7.25 the OS itself creates/uses a user, but you don't need it when you login the FritzBox GUI.
You can find the user in the
Fritzbox->
System->
Fritz!Box-benutzer
then look for a user you didn't create yourself.
Problem solved
