Since the last update of TRX_LIGHT on 24 April I have seen log entries such as
2014.05.01 08:53:39 1: TRX_LIGHT_Parse() unsupported hex=0710010b43080160
2014.05.01 08:42:48 1: TRX_LIGHT_Parse() unsupported hex=0710010543080060
I couldn't identify the cause for a while but it seems they occur when my Homeeasy/Elro PIRs switch off - I have several here.
All is working fine despite the log entries so not much of an issue.
RFXTRX settings firmware=71, protocols enabled: LaCrosse Hideki OREGON HOMEEASY AC ARC X10
Perhaps I should remove the unused but thought I should report first.
Very strange. This is the ARC protocol. This message should not occur. I have tested it some minutes ago without any problems. Could you look into fhem.cfg if there is an odd ARC definition. If yes, please delete it and test again.

Even stranger.. I have been watching that error every day since the update, through several reboots and fhem restarts.
Since I posted this morning I have added a few more MAX components with a few restarts and I haven't seen the error since.
If it occurs again I will look for ARC defs, there may be some as HomeEasy devices are messy like that :(
Failing that I will disable ARC.
Thanks
Edit.
Well, the log entries came back yesterday morning after I removed a bluetooth dongle then rebooted.
I deleted all ARC but of course they reappeared as the PIRs triggered.
For reference I include a cycle for two of my HE851 PIRs from RFXMngr..

I am now running firmware=73 with only HomeEasy EU and AC enabled, all ARC defines deleted and all seems well.
Just one of those things I guess
Hi,
have the same issue, switched off ARC (after verifying that I don't have any devices running on ARC ;-)). HE8875 seems to work fine, hwoever I still get messages in logfile:
2015.02.01 23:43:37 1: TRX_LIGHT_Parse() unsupported hex=0b11003400016c5c02010f50
at the same time the PIR switches properly:
2015-02-01_23:43:37 HE_PIR_innen motion: alert
2015-02-01_23:43:37 HE_PIR_innen alert
PIR is defined as follows:
define HE_PIR_innen TRX_LIGHT HOMEEASY 0001405c02 motion
Any help is appreciated.
regards,
Oli
