Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen meine FHEM Installation auf eine CubieTruck mit dem Cubietruck_Debian_3.2_wheezy_3.4.105 Image umgezogen.
Läuft auch soweit alles ganz gut, jedoch erhalte ich keine CPU-Temperatur mehr.

Habe meinen Cubietruck leider vorige Woche verkauft und bin auf einen Zotac nano umgestiegen. Somit kann ich leider nicht mehr nachsehen, wie ich das damals gelöst habe. Das auslesen der CPU Temp. ging bei mir anfangs auch nicht.

Du kannst auf der Konsole mal mit folgenden Befehlen die Temperatur auszulesen versuchen:
cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp ----- das ist eigendlich der Raspi
oder
cat /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon0/device/temp1_input
Aber wie gesagt, da ich keinen Cubietruck mehr habe, kann ich nicht nachsehen wie der Pfad ist.
Falls du lm-sensors auf dem Cubietruck installiert hast, kannst du mit "sensors" nachsehen. Vorher sudo sensors-detect ausführen.

und ein Def wird bei mir in den Internals nicht angezeigt.
Wenn das device nicht Verzeichnisbaum verfügbar ist, kann SYSMON natürlich nichts auslesen. Da kann ich Dir leider nicht weiterhelfen. Ist wohl ein Betribssystem-Problem.
Mit dem Def meine ich den Inhalt von define-Befehl.
