Ich kämpfe momentan mit dem selben Problem. Allerdings mit der Firmware V 1.20.03 a-culfw Build: private build (unknown) nanoCUL868 (F-Band: 868MHz).
Das Problem scheint allerdings der USB Treiber zu sein. Ich hab in meinem Fall einen zweiten 868er NanoCul hängen(selbe Firmware), der im Unterschied zum ersten keinen FTDI Controller hat sondern den "billigen" ch341. Der CH341 macht keine Probleme und läuft brav seit Tagen durch.
Der FTDI nanoCul allerdings hat alle paar Minuten Verbindungsabrrüche. Normalerweise erscheint er nach einer gewissen Zeit auch wieder in FHEM weshalb der Status "Initialized" auch recoverd wird. Schafft er das Recovern nicht mehr muss auch ich händisch den CUL auf "reopen" setzen damit er wieder korrekt initialisiert wird.
Im FHEM log ist das schön ersichtlich

Mittlerweile hab ich Respian von wheezy auf jessie upgedatet aber auch hier das Selbe verhalten.
Ich vermute also, dass es am FTDI_SIO Treiber liegt, das die reconnects hervorruft. Kann aber noch nicht ausschließen ob nicht vielleicht doch der CUL selbst ständig rebootet (Watchdog?)
China nano bei dem der FTDI Testpin nicht auf Masse liegt ?
(der Punkt taucht hier im Forum immer wieder in diversen Freds auf)
zumindest optisch ist der PIN bei mir gebrückt... daran sollts eigentlich nicht liegen
Hab das gleiche Problem und bekomme es nicht gerichtet.
Falls Ihr weitere Infos habt bin ich dankbar.

25/26 Brücke ist natürlich drin.
So, jetzt scheint es wirklich zu gehen.
Die letzten Tage hatte ich folgenes getestet :
Neuinstall Raspi Jessie
Neuinstall FHEM
Intertechno Gerät abgemeldet /Eingebunden
Max Fensterkontakt reset und neu angemeldet
NanoCuL Arduino mehrfach gewechselt und neu geflasht.
Eigene hex erstellt, 1.66 hex runtergeladen.
USB Kabel getauscht.
Raspi USB auf 1.1 gestellt
Alles hat nix gebracht, in unregelmäßigen Abständen hatte ich nanoCUL Frequenz auf 0 oder irgendwelche Fantasie Frequenzen.
Immer wieder neuverbinden reset des CUL an der Raspi.
Als letztes hab ich heute um 17:00 den 1101 Sende/Empfänger Chip getauscht.
Und was soll ich sagen seit dem läuft es auf USB 2.0 ohne Abbrüche.

Nach dem Wechsel vom CC1101 erster tag ohne Abbrüche.
Es scheint das der CC1101 zum reset des aArduino geführt hatte.
Ob es an den Lötstellen gelegen hat oder der Chip defekt ist kann ich nicht sagen.
