Hallo nach einem Neustart von FHEM war dieses nicht mehr erreichbar (web).
Ein Blick ins log zeigte:

OK, restart des Raspi brachte auch keinen Erfolg.
Dann einfach mal die Zeile auskommentiert, dann bleibt es beim nächsten stehen..

Komisch.
Ein ftuser -n tcp 7072 bzw. 8083 verwies auf eine PID die dann auf FHEM zeigte ?!
Ein /etc/init.d/fhem stop sagte, fhem sei gestoppt, aber ein /etc/init.d/fhem status sagte, es läuft.
systemctl restart fhem
brachte auch nix.
Irgendwas läuft hier gehörig schief?!
Benötige dringend Hilfe!!

habe gerade mal nachgesehen - der Status ist ein "ps -ef|grep fhem perl" also sollte "top" Dir auch einen Job "perl" anzeigen.
Was passiert bei "sudo killall perl" das sollte fhem abschießen. Dann über das init.d/fhem straten und testen.

Aufgefallen ist mir, dass z.B. der HMLAN1 beim systemstart nicht erreichbar ist, dass kann aber doch nicht das Problem sein,
dass das Web nicht erreichbar ist...

ruf mal raspi-config auf und stell da ein - beim booten auf Netzwerk warten. Mit dem systemd kann es sein, das einige services zu früh gestartet werden. Ich hatte das Problem mal mit ssh.

Irritieren tun mich u.a. die "got wrong answer for a CUL" Geschichten.
Komisch auch, dass diese Fehler erst seit gestern auftreten. Ich starte den Raspi schon mal öfter neu, bisher ohne Probleme...
Nur ein killall -7 perl
und Neustart hilft.
Ich vermute, beim Start bleibt das Ding irgendwo hängen und perl wartet und wartet und kann nicht starten, aber auch nicht enden.
denn ein "normales, freundliches" killall verpufft wirkungslos!

so etwas hatte ich ncoh nicht - was auffällt ist das ganze ignoring und das alles was Netzwerk braucht Whatsapp und HMLAN diskonnected sind.
Also alles auf Anfang - welches Betriebssystem, welche Version, aktuell ?
Welche fhem Version als fhem...deb - anschließend update ?

kommentier doch mal das "define initialUsbCheck ..." aus. Bevor das Teil alles durchprobiert, sagt es ja es hätte einen CUL gefunden. Ich habe mal gelesen, das es manchmal damit Probleme gibt.

habe ich gemacht, auch das USB UMTS-Modem (Stick) abgestöpselt.
Ohne Veränderung. Irgendwo und irgendwie verschluckt er sich beim Sytemstart!
Wie gesagt perl läuft im hintergrund. Schmeiße ich die PID rauß und starte FHEM dann nochmal, gehts ohne zu murren...
Und dieses Verhalten zeigt er erst seit Kurzem (letztem Update?)
Bin sehr ratlos..
ein Eintrag in crontab
mit
@reboot -> sleep 30 -> killall -7 perl --> und --> /etc/init.d/fhem start
kann nicht die Lösung sein!

Hallo,
ne - nicht wirklich. Hast Du mal unter /var/log/ die einzelnen Dateien durchgesehen ? Wo überall fhem drinsteht bekommst Du mit "sudo grep fhem *" - sudo weil der normale Benutzer das nicht lesen darf, grep sucht nach einer Zeichenfolge in einer Datei und gibt diese Zeile aus. Der Dateiname steht am Anfang.
Dann mal sehen, was vor und was nach fhem gestartet wird. Ich habe immer noch den Verdacht, das fhem startet und das Netzwerk noch nicht oben ist. Dann kann er sich an keine Adresse binden und ist nicht erreichbar.

Ich kann mich als root anmelden, sodass sudo entfällt.
Welches Log willst Du denn sehen? sylog?

Ich habe vor kurzem irgendwo einen post gelesen wonach es vorkommt dass FHEM zu früh gestartet wird wenn Z.b. das Netzwerk noch nicht gestartet wurde. Ich finde aber diesen Thread nicht mehr, weiss nicht mal ob das hier im Forum war. Aber einen Versuch ist es sicher wert den Start etwas zu verzögern.

Startest Du mit init.d oder systemd. Bei systemd könnte man sonst noch in die fhem.service Dateien bei "after" network.target ergänzen. Dann systemctl daemon-reload - und testen. Damit sollte fhem erst nach dem Netzwerk gestatet werden. Aber zuerst würde ich das mit der raspi-config versuchen.

Ich habe definitiv unter raspi-config das slow Start eingestellt.

Da ich Debian Jessie verwende, gehe ich von systemd aus! Aus Kompatibilitätsgründen wird wohl /etc/init.d/ auch unterstützt.

änder mal die /etc/init.d/fhem - lösch da mal in der Zeile "#Default-start " die "2" raus. Abspeichern und anschließen "sudo systemctl daemon-reload" ausführen. Das war es nicht. Suche weiter.

steht, das bei Debian in Level 2 das Netzwerk gestartet wird.
Nach dem ersten Fehlversuch die /etc/init.d/fhem noch einmal bearbeitet und bei "Required-Start" $network angefügt. Dann "sudo systemctl daemon-reload gemacht. Jetzt steht in den systemd scripten, das auf das Netzwerk gewartet werden soll "Wants=network-online.target". Mal sehen ob das etwas bringt.
Bei mir geht es auf dem Testsystem jetzt - da hatte ich das gleiche Problem.

es scheint tatsächlich etwas mit einem Fhem Update zu tun zu haben. Ich habe heute auf dem Testsystem ein Update gefahren und erst danach die Probleme. Gestern habe ich auch mit dem Teil getestet, da war das definitiv noch nicht so.

sudo find / -name xxx* durchsucht das komplette System nach einer Datei, die mit xxx anfängt.
Den Inhalt kann man mit cat DATEINAME anzeigen.

Hallo,
also früher wurde mit init.d gestatet. Die Informationen standen in bash scripten - also Befehlsabfolgen in /etc/init.d/ unter /etc/rcX.d sind links auf die Dateien in /etc/init.d/ das X steht für den jeweiligen runlevel. Init ist also hingegangen und hat brav die Dateien in den rcX.d Verzeichnissen hintereinander weg gestartet.
Systemd ist das neue Startsystem. Hier können Deinste parallel gestartet werden - was natürlich deutlich schneller geht. Dazu muss das System natürlich wissen, ob der Dienst (service) von einem anderen Dienst abhängig ist. Die Dienste haben hierfür eine Konfigurationsdatei. Die meisten stehen unter lib/systemd und enden auf X.service. Gewisse besondere Dienste wie fhem werden aus der /etc/init.d - Datei abgeleitet, für die "festen" Dienste von Linux gibt es schon feste Dateien. Mit sudo systemctl daemon-reload, werden die /etc/init.d Sachen neu gelesen und die Startreihenfolge neu aufgebaut - systemd ist ja selber auch ein Dienst. Wie die X.service Datei auszusehen hat, dafür gibt es viele Seiten im Netz - einfach googeln.
Was ich jetzt gemacht habe, ist systemd zu sagen, das fhem erst an der Reihe sein darf, wenn das Netzwerk steht. Dadurch sind die Netzwerksgeräte wie HM-CFG-LAN oder auch http Seiten die beim Start aufgerufen werden sowie das WebInterface direkt erreichbar. Ich habe auch schon angeregt, das mit in das Debianpaket einzubauen - mal sehen was passiert.
Ich würde Dir davon abraten, einfach in den Dateien etwas zu ändern - das kann, ähnlich wie manuelle Änderungen an der fhem.cfg nach hinten losgehen.
Mit sudo find / -name fhem.service bekommst Du gesagt, wo die Dateien stehen. Mit cat /PFAD ZUR DATEI/DATEINAME kannst Du Dir den Inhalt anzeigen lassen.

vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe. Ich hatte das unter dem Link den Du angeben hast schon mal probiert. Anscheinend hatte ich da was falsch gemacht. Jetzt geht es jedenfalls. Hier noch mal die Reihenfolge was man tun muss.
1. cd /etc/init.d
2. sudo nano fhem
3. Dann in der Datei in der Zeile
# Required-Start: $local_fs $remote_fs
$ network hinzufügen sodas dann
# Required-Start: $local_fs $remote_fs $network
da steht.
4. Die Datei mit "Srg + x" speichern.
5. sudo systemctl daemon-reload
6. sudo reboot
Danach hat es bei mir funktioniert.

The problem started after installing "motion" and upgrading Raspbian. I later uninstalled motion.
The commands earlier in the thread to stop Perl and restart fhem via systemctl, got FHEM working again.
For some reason, sudo service fhem restart does not work, but systemctl was working.
This did not work:
# Required-Start: $local_fs $remote_fs
$ network hinzufügen sodas dann
# Required-Start: $local_fs $remote_fs $network
I had problems installing FHEM5.8 over 5.7, I wonder if there is some problem caused by this.

How did you do this?
Sounds like you used the "normal" debian way (apt-get upgrade, dpkg or similar).
Please note: FHEM not really uses this mechanism for updates. There is an internal command "update" within FHEMWEB! In case you have defined a source for FHEM in your sources.list (or similar) you are strongly recommended to delete/deactivate it and do updates via the internal method.

Hello, yes I used dpkg, but it did not want to install over 5.7 and did not want to remove 5.7 - I kept getting errors.
