Hi,

i am looking for a USB module and thermostat to start with, and i come
across the FHZ1X00 USB modules.

I noticed the difference between them, besides the prices, is the
support of the weather stations... just want to confirm - any other
important differences?

thank you.

regards,
wahlau.

Another small difference: as the FHZ1300 has another PIC, it has a
bigger buffer for FHT commands.

does it bring more advantage? I compared the price at ELV it is like
around 40 Euro differences between the FHZ 1100 PC and the FHZ 1300
PC.

I only want to use it for some heating control, and room lighting
maybe.

thank you.

The difference is either 30 Euro if you want to use the Windows
software to control HMS/FHT or 70 else. You are right, both numbers
are around 40 :-) My personal opinion is that the cheap one is enough
if you stick at your present wishes.
This is how I started, but later I wanted to control the garden
irrigation  depending on the whether. Now I have an FHZ1000 as a spare
part.

Regards,
  Rudi
