Hello all,
I have a couple of switches from a dutch store (Action) and i can't get them to work with FHEM. If i press a button on the remote it reads a TRX_ARC and a TRX_AC command.
If i use these commands in FHEM the switches don't work.
If i send a command from RFXManager with the following settings, it works.
Lightning5
Type: IT (Intertek, FA500, PROMax)
ID: 00 00 01
Unit Code: A
Level: 1
Command: On
Can i send "Lightning5" type "IT" commands from FHEM?

It's a long time since I played with TRX switches and none of them were Lighting5.
Have you looked at the wiki http://www.fhemwiki.de (http://www.fhemwiki.de) and commandref http://fhem.de/commandref.html (http://fhem.de/commandref.html)?
A search for Lighting5 gives a single hit https://forum.fhem.de/index.php/topic,20075.0.html (https://forum.fhem.de/index.php/topic,20075.0.html) if that is any use.
A couple of old definitions from when I used HomEasy switches in case you are looking for format...

I do have more TRX switches and they all work, it's just that these (cheap/Action) switchen dont work from within FHEM, but they do work if i send a command directly from RFXManager. Strange...

I suggest you click the 'Report to Moderator' link in this thread/post and ask for this thread to be moved to the RFXTRX board - they are usually quite friendly there towards us non-German posters ;)
Interesting issue. The protocol was added in Firmware ext2 since release 1001(18-02-2016). I think, if possible, it's not yet implemented in TRX_LIGHT.
Problem might be, that the protocol is similar to ARC and/or AC but repetition, pulsewidth, bitcoding or ... is different and the RFXTRX is not able to differentiate from the other protocols, therfore not implemented as receiveable :(
We need at least the raw code of the command send with Lighting5. But how to get if RFXTRX doesn't receive ? :'(

This is what i found on the domoticz forum:
Action Intertek 75.006:
Use Ext2 firmware and configure an IT On/Off module in Domoticz.
The PROmax and FA500 use only the IT protocol which can be transmitted by the RFXtrx433E - Ext2 firmware.
The remote transmits 3 protocols, IT, AC and ARC. IT is received by the RFXtrx433E as Lighting4 but this can not be used.

Why not ? (Or was it just the comment in the domoticz Forum ? If yes, did you receive a Lighting4 in the rfxmgr too ?)
Are you able to get the switch work, if you send Lighting4 (or ARC or AC) with the rfxmgr, or only with Lighting5 ?
Please describe the switch a little bit more: selflearning, dip-Switches....
Do You have other Transceivers/receivers or more than one rfxtrx ?
That was just the comment in the domoticz forum.
They are self-learning switches and they do not respond to any lightning4 command from the rfxmngr.
They only respond to the lightning5 (IT - Intertek, FA500,PROmax) command.
I have one rfxtrx433e and one Z-Wave.me tranceiver connected. All other rfx switches/temp sensors work fine and no problems with Z-wave devices.

Tried that, but the switch is not responding. I tried to pair with the remote and add these settings to fhem and i tried to pair directly from fhem.
It's just not working with ARC, AC or homeEasy, it seems to be needing the Lighting5 - IT protocol.

Not having read all the thread: But is it eventually a "Flamingo FA500D" (compatible or vice versa). RFXTRX can only send but not receive these signals (See page 9 of the RFXTRX-Manual)
