Hello,
in June Tosti presented the prototype for a FS20 brightness sensor (see
post dated 20 June 2009 13:54 in this forum). I assembled the kit,
finalized Tosti's firmware prototype and wrote a fhem module for the
brightness sensor. The data from the brightness sensor can be retrieved
with FHZ or CUL receivers (the latter still untested).
The fhem module plus documentation is in the current CVS version of fhem
which can be obtained from Berlios. The firmware for the brightness
sensor can be retrieved from the CUL repository at Berlios.

This is what a typical output from fhem for a brightness sensor looks like:
2009-10-11_22:55:14 bs brightness: 24.02 lux: 862 flags: 0
2009-10-11_22:57:41 bs brightness: 23.05 lux: 793 flags: 0
In my opinion, the brightness sensor hardware, firmware and fhem module
can serve as templates for more FS20 custom modules such as barometric
devices.
Feedback welcome!
Best regards,
Boris
