Today after a fresh install i expecienced the same issue
After starting FHEM at
2011-01-22_07:32:56 Thermostaat_Huiskamer desired-temp 17.5
all messages stop at
2011-01-22_09:52:49 Thermostaat_Huiskamer desired-temp: 18.0
I couldnt find anything about thsi being normal and the only way to restart
logging is to restart fhem.
Also restarting the CUNO didnt trigger FHEM to start logging again.
So what is happening here? this shoudlnt be normal right?

I had a bit of the same problem (or still have)
I do not know if my problem is fixed right now, but it seems it could
be related to frequency changes. You do not change the freq of the
CUNO for some reason, do you?
I also assume, that your Thermostaat is not the only device? Do other
mesages also stop?
Other than that: what are the last things you did right after the last
message you got?

Well i cant be exactly sure if my problem is still here because when i
logged in this morning it looked like it collected data all night so that
was a good thing.
What i did to fix it (i hope) was build a CVS tree for the culfw and
flashed it to the CUNO.
I will have a look to day if it stayes like this otherwise i'll come back to
the topic.
I only have 3 FHT devices and 4 FS20 dimmers ( and 2 kaku modules) so as far
as i know i dont switch frequency's
What i did as last action before it went dark yesterday was looking at the
logfiles and plots to see how they grow and i didnt do anything special to
fhem itself
i'll keep you psted

OK the problem seems solved!
I've been collecting data the whole day without any problem so it seems
flashing the CUNO firmware with the latest CVS build did the trick.
