Hallo Zusammen,
nachdem ich 2 Tage gekämpft habe, ich bekomme es nicht hin. Urplötzlich gehen alle HomeMatic Sensoren nicht mehr. Der CUL disconnected sich oder meldet:
UNKNOWNCODE ERR:CCA. Hin und wieder flutscht mal ein Befehl durch und es wird geschaltet.
Vorher hat alles perfekt geklappt.
Prüfungen: CuL-Sticks neueste Fw aufgespielt, Fhem Updates installiert. Alle HM Aktoren vom Strom genommen(Sicherung zimmerweise ausgeschaltet), alle 8-fach HM Mod Re 8 vom Strom genommen. CUL's getauscht, FHEM mit neuer SD neu aufgesetzt. Es wird nicht besser.
Auch im Forum finde ich keine Lösungen; bin ratlos.
Der Jeelink blinkt auch nicht mehr, auch ein Reset bringt keine Verbesserung. Er ist connected, erhalte aber keine Temperaturdaten mehr.

Versuche doch mal, die USB-Geräte "by-id" einzubinden (=>Wiki, Trick der Woche).
Kann sein, dass der CUL als Jeelink angesprochen wird und anders herum.
Könnte auch ein Stromproblem sein, dann hilft ein besseres Netztteil bzw. ein aktiver Hub.
Es sollte dann aber entsprechende Kernel-Meldungen im linux-log geben.

Was auffällt, bei suche über serial-ID findet der Raspi nur 2 USB-Anschlüsse, 3 sind eingesteckt.

Am Raspi hängen: 1x für FS 20, 1x für HomeMatic, 1x für JeeLink und einen Bluetooth Dongle für die Anwesenheitserkennung habe ich auch noch dran,
das ging aber bis zuletzt IMMER einwandfrei. Habe schon mal einen 3er Raspi mit 3A Netzteil geordert ....
Gib dem Raspi mal mehr USB Power und/oder verwende einen aktiven USBHub mit USB 2.0. Config "by-id" ist ganz wichtig, so wie Beta-User schon geschrieben hat.

Vermutung was bei Dir passiert ist: Ein USB-Stick ist defekt. Dadurch ändert sich jetzt die Zuordnung bei ttyUSBx. Und schon gehen 2 Sticks nicht mehr.
Wie die Vorredner schon schrieben: die USBs by-id einbinden.
Der 868er ist ja klar. Musst Du mal durch an-/abstecken das 2. Gerät identifizieren.
Und was der 3. Stick macht, könnte Dir ein "dmesg" auf der Rpi-Konsole verraten.

OK, wenn beide CUL dieselbe id haben, ist das auch nachvollziehbar...
Du kannst entweder einen neu flashen, mußt aber die fw neu bauen mit einem anderen Namen, oder dann in der Situation entweder diese beiden by-id einbinden, oder dem anderen mit udev-rules einen spezifischen Einhängepunkt zuweisen, der dann "by-id" geht und die beiden identischen CUL dann weiter per Zufall an
/dev/ttyACMx binden.

.. by path hatte ich auch schon probiert. Die Anschlüsse sind eigentlich fix und werden/wurden noch nie umgesteckt.
Es ging ja schon alles schon einmal über viele Monate!!
Mir ist noch aufgefallen, wie du schon angemerkt hast, die Ports ändern sich hin und wieder. Mal ttyACM1, mal ttyACM2.
So, jetzt habe nur nur einen CUL eingesteckt und mit "by-id" eingebunden und trotzdem geht überhaupt nichts(kein HomeMatic-Aktor) zu schalten.

weitere Analysen:
Ich habe meinen alten Raspi geholt und die SD Karte mit dem letzten Stand eingesteckt.
Angeschlossen ist nur 1 CUL-Stick. Er hat beim Start zwar etwas gebraucht, das Ergebnis ist aber leider das gleiche.
Auch der Austausch gegen den 2. CUL-Stick brachte das gleiche Ergebnis.
Ergo sollten die Sticks, die Netzspannung u.s.w. okay sein ..
Nun wird mir nichts anderes übrig bleiben, ich werde im Haus alle Sensoren vom Netz nehmen müssen. Und das sind nicht wenige.......

vielen Dank noch einmal an alle, der "TÄTER" wurde gefunden!
Ich bin im Haus chronologisch von oben nach unten vorgegangen und habe alle Sensoren und Aktoren stromlos gemacht.
Zum Glück konnte der Übeltäter schon im Treppenhaus von OG nach EG gefunden werden.
Es war ein relativ neuwertiger Bewegungsmelder, bei dem die Batterien ausgelaufen waren ....
Puh, ich sage euch, wenn man sich an die Vorteile der Hausautomation gewöhnt hat, dann fehlt einem im Fehlerfall was.
Aber, und das war mir auch eine Erfahrung wert, es ist gut, wenn man die Hausautomation nur so auslegt, dass man im Falle einer Störung schnell
wieder funktionsfähig ist. So habe ich meine 8er Switche gegen 8er Steckdosenleisten ausgetauscht und die einzelnen Stecker beschriftet. So kann ich jetzt
nach der Störungsbehebung schnell wieder in den HomeMatic Modus wechseln.
Das Wochenende ist gerettet.
