Please excuse my lack of German, and I am new to all of this.
I successfully had my busware USB working in windows downloading information for a FS20 heating system. I am using CUL_v3/ atmega32u4
I want to change over to running on Ubuntu on a Qnap Nas, so I erased the firmware(in Windows) as I could not get it working on the Nas. So I am reflashing the firmware again but in Ubuntu. However, it will not work :( as it says it cannot see the device
I have some output that may help

Sorry for the silly questions, and thanks

You have to execute this as root or assign the "right" groups to your user, whatever "right" on your system means.
Hi,
you do not have to flash the Firmware again. Just flash it again under Windows and put the USB Stick in your Ubuntu Box.
Warm regards, Arnd
