Hello,
Could you help in choosing the right devices for my fhem system:

- What I have?
I got a RFXCOM Lan Transceivier in a building (for a bunch of oregon
sensors), a fhem server in the main building (and some FHT80b not
monitored), a plc interface with outputs and relays (dry contacts output)
near my server

- What i need?
I need to switch on and off a power socket in a third building (40 meters
far from the server, and 100 far from Rfxcom antenna) according to one of
my outputs status.
(This socket will enable an analog thermostat: when the dry contact is on
it should rise the temp of that building to comfort level, when it's off an
old programmable thermostat will control the boiler)

- What's my budget?
Max 350€

Cable connection between the building and industrial radio connection are
out of my budget, and i would like to monitor the status, and possibly the
temp of the third building with Fhem and a CUL. I checked the specs on the
FS20 devices but the only the FHT80TF seems able to monitor a dry contact
(and the x10 powerflash module, but i would like to avoid x10). Any hint?

Ps: i also got a file automatically downloaded and updated with a list of
commands that turns on and off the outputs. Is there a way to parse it to
fhem?
 It looks like:

Thanks !
