RSSI Monitor

To whom it concerns:

I contributed a perl tool named RSSImonitor.pl to the contrib folder of
fhem. RSSImonitor.pl produces an overview of the signal strength of
devices received by CUL and CUN and can help to find the best location
for putting the receiver. Sample output:

       Device    Min    Max    Avg    StdDev
  0.hr.pewo.e    -87.5    -82.5    -85.5    0.8
    2.bad.hzg    -83.0    -60.0    -70.8    3.8
     2.og.hzg    -83.0    -64.0    -69.2    2.2
   0.hr.edv.e    -92.5    -85.0    -88.2    1.7
...

Standard deviation is the square root of the variance of the readings
for a device. The variance is the mean squared deviation of the readings
from the average.

The standard deviation is a measure of how much the readings vary around
the average reading.

P.S.: to integrate EM devices, the RSSI readings must be harmonized from
CUN_RSSI to RSSI. This is a todo for the next major release of fhem.
