PRESENCE Bluetooth Problem nach Buster-Umstellung

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe nach Umstellung meines RasPi auf Buster leider ein Problem mit dem Presence_modul. Ich bekomme nur noch error angezeigt.
Im Log finden sich folgende Einträge:

Wenn ich auf der Kommandozeile ein sudo hcitool lescan mache, funktioniert aber alles.

Ein sudo apt install bluez liefert:

bluez ist schon die neueste Version (5.50-1+rpt1).

Jemand eine Idee?

fresh install oder dist-upgrade?

Ich habe auf meinem Rasoi 3B (ohne +) Raspbian Buster Lite frisch installiert und zusätzlich die Hinweise von hier befolgt... https://wiki.fhem.de/wiki/Raspberry_Pi#Verwendung_UART_f.C3.BCr_Zusatzmodule .
Ich weiss nicht, ob die zwingend erforderlich sind/waren, aber mein Presence funktioniert aus der bestehenden config wie gehabt.
Und das sogar trotz der Umstellung von USB-Bluetoth-Dongle (Banana Pro) auf onboard-bluetooth (Raspi 3).

Ich habe mit dist-upgrade gearbeitet. Wie gesagt von der commandline funktioniert es ja auch. Ich schau mir die Wiki-Hinweise nochmal an, ob evtl. irgendeine Einstellung verloren gegangen ist.

Some tools such as hcitool and hciconfig have been deprecated upstream, and are no longer included in bluez-utils. Since these tools will no longer be updated, it is recommended that scripts be updated to avoid using them. If you still desire to use them, install bluez-utils-compatAUR. Letztlich entpuppte sich das "which" als Problem, da ich mit Buster gleichzeitig nodejs deinstalliert habe. Dort kommt auch ein eigenes which mit, dass nicht mehr funktionierte. Der Verweis darauf lag im Pfad vor dem "richtigen" which.
