Hallo,

ich nutze api.openweathermap.org. Wenn ich über den Browser aufrufe, bekomme ich unterschiedliche Werte für TempMin und TempMax. Wenn ich über fhem sind die Werte aller Wochentage gleich!

Das sind Stundenangaben. Also alles innerhalb von jeweils immer 3 Stunden. Das es um 0 Uhr genau so kalt ist wie um 3 Uhr wird wohl korrekt sein.

Stimmt, aber wie bekomme ich dann die minimalen und maximalen Temperaturen eines Tages raus? Ich werde aus den Readings nicht schlau!

tempHigh und tempLow sollte das sein was Du suchst.
hfc sind Stundenangaben a alle 3 Stunden. fc sind Tagesangaben. Aber OpenWeatherMap liefert glaube nur Stundenangaben.
