CUL an FB 7270

Hallo Gemeinde,
ich habe meinen CUL nach Anleitung geflasht, FHEM auf einem Stick an der FritzBox angeschlossen und die fhem.cfg und start fhem entsprechend meinem System angepasst.
kann nicht über  fritz.box:8083/fhem  zugreifen.
 Kann mir jemand helfen?
Wie kann ich testen, ob der CUL richtig funktioniert?

ich musste das erste die schreibrechte für den fhem ordner setzen und fhem manuell mit hilfe telnet starten. fb neu starten und dann gabs nie wieder sorgen.

fhem hat die Rechte 777.
Wenn ich jetzt fhem über telnet manuell starte erhalte ich die Ausgabe:

"Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at fhem.pl line 390."

Was könnte das sein?
