Wandthermostat Channel verschollen

seit gestern habe ich ein kleines Problem mit meinem Wandthermostat HM-TC-IT-WM-W-EU

Der Channel 2 ist verschwunden und in den Logs habe Ich folgende Fehlermeldungen

Wenn Ich den Channel aufrufe sind die Readings noch vorhanden, aber die ganzen Internals sind weg (nur ein leeres Feld)
bis jetzt waren meine versuche mit einem Reset (Batterien), reset über fhem, neu Pairen und getconfig ohne Erfolg

HmInfo Configcheck sagt mir
