Moin.

Wollte für eine Startroutine in FHEM das global state INIZIALIZED nutzen.

Allerdings steht da immer! (egal wie viele Neustarts oder so):

Ist das schon einmal aufgetreten? (im Forum nichts gefunden)

Und was muss ich tun um das zu beheben?

global kennt keinen STATE. Das ist also völlig normal. STATE ist aber auch nicht gleich Event. Ein Event INITIALIZED wird es auf jeden Fall geben.

Ahja... also das Event in einem notify nutzen anstatt den (nicht vorhandenen STATE) auszulesen
