SDM630M Register für Phasenwinkel liefert falsche Werte

Habe einen SDM630M (Modbus) Zähler im Einsatz.

Alle Register die ich nutzte funktionieren, bis auf den Register des Phasenwinkels.
Hier bekomme ich sprunghafte unlogische Werte.
Hat sich an diesem Register etwas geändert?
