rpi + coc fhem nur lokal am rpi erreichbar

Hallo,
wenn ich auf dem rpi fhem starte kommt fiolgende fehlermeldung:

hatte die Adresse mal von 7072 auf 7080 geändert, hat aber auch nichts
geholfen.
 
Komisch ist nur, das ich am rpi über midora und den aufruf ip:8083/fhem auf
die Seite komme.
