[FHZ] IVT solar controller

Hi people
I am not using FHEM, but it was the only information about the SCIVT
solar controller that I could find on the net, as the manufacturer is
very tight lipped about the thing (wtf, they're *selling* a stupid CD
instead of letting people downloading their windows software from
their web site).

I ported the perl module to some python, problem is, I don't really
understand those values.
does anyone have more information ?

why is "Is" negative, shouldn't that be positive or something ?
