[FHZ] Watchdog for not receiving EM1010PC device

Hi all,

I am a new user of FHEM together with EM1010PC and EM1010WZ and
EM1010GZ devices.
Unfortunately approx. once a week the EM1010PC obviously loses
reception and then the last value recorded from the EM1010GZ device is
logged to my mySQL database.

I was wondering if there is any chance of detecting this "non-
reception" by the use of a watchdog. If so, then a reset command could
be issued to the EM1010PC device.
