FHEM SOAP Webservice available?

first of all thanks for FHEM. I've been using it for a week now and I
really like it. One of my projects right now is writing a FHEM
frontend for a Windows Phone 7 device to control my FHEM installation.
I've been playing around with communicating to the pgm Websites and
with communicating via telnet with FHEM. The best solution (from my
point of view) would be to have SOAP based webservices that I can talk
to that handle the communication with fhem.pl. Is anybody aware of an
extension to FHEM that provides a SOAP webservice?

Since there are no SOAP fans in the fhem community yet, there is AFAIK no corresponding module either.The closest thing is xmllist.
