Kein INCLUDE oder EXCLUDE mit VISION Stick ZU1401

Wir betreiben seit ca. 4 Jahren unser FHEM. Von Anfang an vor allem mit Z-Wave Geräten. Seit einigen Monaten (geschätzt 4)können wir keine neuen Aktuatoren mehr includen und auch nicht mehr excluden. Alles was bereits im (Z-Wave) Netzwerk ist funktioniert momentan ohne Probleme. Wir haben neue Aktuatoren bestellt. Auch das hat nichts gebracht. Nun habe wir eine komplette Neuinstallation auf einem neuen Raspberry mit "Stretch" und FHEM 5.9 und einem ebenfalls neuen Z-Wave USB Stick VISION ZU1401 durchgeführt (Baugleich zu unserem Original). Leider geht es auch damit nicht. Wir wissen uns keinen Rat mehr und bitten um Ihre Unterstützung.

Aus mir noch unerklaerlichen Gruenden wird sofort nach "set ZWDongle_0 addNode on" ein ""set ZWDongle_0 addNode off" ausgeloest, was natuerlich jegliche Inklusion verhindert.

Wie genau wird "set ZWDongle_0 addNode on" eingegeben?
Was passiert, wenn man dieses Befehl in der FHEMWEB Kommandozeile eintippt (+return)?
Komm der "addNode off" auch mit einem anderen Browser?
Wenn das alles nicht hilft, dann wuerde ich das Befehl per telnet eingeben.

Vielen Dank Herr König,
der Fehler lag auf meinem Notebook und dort beim Firefox. Eingaben unter Chrome oder auf einem andern PC verliefen bisher erfolgreich. Da hätten wir eigentlich selbst drauf kommen müssen. Danke.
