FritzSmart and FritzBox does not ring the phones on Trixie

I am happy to inform you that ring works in the latest fritzsmart release. I tested with RaspBerryPi4 and Trixie.

I think I've found a solution that allows you to specify which phone can be selected as the receiving phone. So far, I've only tested it with DECT phones, as I no longer have any analog phones.

I would envision the following as a new `set .. call` command:

`set <name> call <number> [ansID:ID]`

If no ansID ( call answering DECT phone ID from Reading dectID_...)is specified, the call will be routed to the phone defined in the dialer.
