Veränderst Du denn dann etwas bei den Attributen nach dem die Readings rein gekommen sind?

Hier ist gerade das Internet unterbrochen, kann im Moment nicht dem pi ins Netz. Melde mich sobald wie möglich mit den readings von dem erneut eingerichteten Gerät.

So, hier jetzt die readings nachdem ich das Gerät entfernt, hinzugefügt und einmal kurz geupdatet habe. Das Problem besteht leider weiterhin. Habe diesmal nur das Attribut forecast=hourly gesetzt

Wenn Du meinst das er Dir die fc Readings nicht mehr aktualisiert, dann ist das korrekt. hourly bedeutet er aktualisiert nur noch die hfc Readings, daily heißt er aktualisiert nur noch die hfc Readings.
Je nach dem was Du brauchst stellst Du das Attribut entsprechend und kannst danach noch mal alle Readings mit deletereading löschen und neu anlegen lassen.

Eine andere Frage dazu: Beim stöbern durch die Darksky Doku ist mir bei den Beispielen für die forecast requests ein reading namens "summary" aufgefallen, dass Regen in den nächsten Minuten/ Stunden vorhersagt:

Ich habe das reading "summary" in den readings nicht gefunden. Haben wir das schon irgendwo oder wäre das ein neuer Wert?

Das hat mit regen erstmal nichts zu tun und findet sich im Reading Condition wieder. Ist nur eine Zusammenfassung

Ich habe noch eine Frage zu den angezeigten Icons von DarkSky und OpenWeather, wodurch wird bestimmt welche Icons genommen werden, denn ich habe einmal in der Fhem Weboberfläche ein paar Kleinklima Icons und auch diese animierten Meteocons.
Ein Beispiel:
Icon ist ein Meteocons
Di, 16:00: Überwiegend bewölkt
min 15°C max 17°C

und

Icon ist ein Meteocons
Mi, 01:00: Überwiegend bewölkt
min 10°C max 11°C

Alle anderen Icons sind Kleinklima Icons
Der Ort stimmt auch nicht der angezeigte Ort ist ca. 5km weg, aber das denke ich ist normal.

das list abgekürzt weil es hier nicht komplett angezeigt wird

Ich habe da so eine Vermutung. Die von dir erwähnten Icons sind nicht meteocons, sondern die amcharts, welche ich im Zuge des weather_widget für FTUI "eingebracht" habe. Dies sind SVGs und liegen imselben Ordner, wie die kleinklima Icons (PNG). Ich habe mir jetzt noch nicht das FHEM-Web Modul angeschaut, aber ich vermute, dass dort nur auf den Namen des Icons gemappt wird und es daher evtl. bei gleichem Namen von amcharts (SVG) und kleinklima (PNG) zu diesem Effekt kommt.

Dagegen spricht jedoch, dass es im svn keine identischen Namen mit unterschiedlichen Erweiterungen gibt: https://svn.fhem.de/trac/browser/trunk/fhem/www/images/default/weather

Schau doch mal, wie dein Inhalt dieses Ordners aussieht.

Bei den OpenWeather Readings vermisse ich beim aktuellen Wetterstatus die Regenmenge. Wird die nicht geliefert oder nur nicht ausgelesen?
