[FHZ] Fehler in Weather / xmllist

hiya,

ich bin gerade fleissig am myHCE coden und da ist mir ein fehler in der
xmllist bezogen auf Weather aufgefallen. vielleicht trifft das auch auf andere
module zu:

0 werte erscheinen nicht in der xmllist. also beispiel anhand von
59_Weather.pm:

die readings "temp_c" und "fc1_high_c" haben laut list in fhem 0 werte (also
hier 0 grad).
