fhem2fhem connection lost, not sending commands with fs20 devices

If the conection is down, the fhem2fhem client tries to connect once a minute
to the server, blocking fhem for up to X seconds, where X is the default OS
timeout for a connect call, usually around 3 secods.

It may be that the default connect timeout on your architecture is more than
that, causing a larger delay. Can you pleae confirm this?
