Hi all,

as requested several times I have now build a FHEM-Module for
InterTechno switches.

It's called 10_IT.pm

It defines InterTechno switches/dimmers, needs a 10-digit tri-state
definition and definitions (2 digits) for off/on/dimup/dimdown.

I have also put text for it into commandref.html.

I have tested it with CUNO & CUL433.

Be aware that you NEED to define an IODev attribute, as this is NOT set
automatically.

Feedback is welcome.

Best,
Olaf

Danke,

Hello,

I''m new to FHEM, new to Home Automation...and not native German speaking

I have started using the Homematic system, and particularly the HM-CC-TC.

I noticed that setpoints are now logged, but also noticed that not all
setpoint changes are registered.

Learning Perl is probably the next step, but until I have mastered the
basics, I would like to share some information regarding the logging
of desired-temps.

For what its worth, I logged some received commands from a HM-CC-TC on
a BidCos PC. I am using a HM Lan adapter, which is separate from the
actual system (other PC, not paired with anything), and only receives
information sent by the thermostat.

I hope someone can do more with this information than I am currently
capable of.

Feel free to respond in German, I have no problem speaking or reading.

Johan

Here's the log capture:

change temp on thermostat in manu mode

Thermostat broadcasts the information, without request:

Can I use FHEM to send a code that the receivers will pick up or do I
need another InterTechno sender?
How is the InterTechno quality and reliability compared to FS20?

The InterTechno reliability is much worse than FS20. Also distances are a bigger problem as in FS20. Intertechno switches need to stay closer to the sender in order to function properly.

Anyway, anything missing a back channel is not really reliable.

Hi all,

InterTechno codes can only be sent out from CUL/CUNO at this time. You
could also use another sender, but FHEM won't see this.

InterTechno is less reliable than FS20, as explained before.
But many people do have some of those switches from discounters and at
least could use them now.

If you are buying new things go at least with FS20 or HomeMatic.

Best,
Olaf

Hi all again,

based on, and for the InterTechno fans I have modified also the CUL/CUNO
firmwares another time for InterTechno.

Right now you could send at ALL TIMES InterTechno commands.
If you are using a CUL/CUNO 868-MHZ the device will soft-tune into the
InterTechno frequency to sendout the command, and will return back to
868MHZ.
This works in SlowRF as well as in HomeMatic mode.

This also works if you are using a CUL433 but using it normally in
HomeMatic mode (like I do).

So there is NO need anymore to change frequency by hand down to 433MHZ!
This means also, that softtuning is NOT writing to Eeprom, and therefore
not impacting CUL/CUNOs lifetime.

Feedback is welcome.

Best,
Olaf

I use IT with the raw command since a while and really appreciate your

Do these recent changes also include receiving capabilities for IT?

Thanks,

No,

still no receiving. If somebody would like to send m some c-Code to
enable reception, I'm happy to integrate.

Thanks,

Hi Olaf,

i can confirm the new CUNO2.hex code is working for original IT-Switches.
I am trying to do some documentation on the Wiki, how to "translate" the
rotary swich position into the 10 bit code for defining IT in FHEM.

Many thanks for a great piece of code !!!!

work! Thank you!
As a small contribution to this, i tried to document the way IT Swich
numbers are translated into FHEM IT definitions...
Pls. have a look into FHEM Wiki, Cat: HOWTOs.

Thanks again

I think that I read somewhere that Intertechno and ELRO are more or
less the same. (?)

If that is really the case it should be also possible to control the
ELRO HE501EU from FHEM, right?
I don't have on at the moment but I'm looking to buy "Gurtwickler" for
my house and I'm interested in buying some that I can control via
FHEM.

Sorry for my questions but I'm brand new to FHEM and all the home
automation stuff.

Hallo Olaf,

ECMD, was auch gut funktioniert.
No I/O device found
for IT....(=MeinDevName) für jedes Device, obwohl ein korrektes IODev

hier http://isn-systems.com/tools/it2elro/readme.txt Einziger

Gruss Micha
